Well I have been taking a step back on the bike, and decide on how I wanted to figure out how to fix the motor, I looked into it and I cant change out the motor to a ME0913 as the controller wont support it. So I have ordered a new Encoder direct from https://www.rls.si/products/rotary-magnetic-encoders/rmb29-rotary-magnetic-module which is the company that makes the new version’s of the chips (and after talking to John he verified that it will work with my motor). RLS also was helpful in helping me figure out how that how to read the value’s on an Arduino so that I can learn what they are and then can configure the hall zero point and hall amplitude correctly.
